What identification is required?

Please bring a current, valid government-issued photo ID. Contact us before booking if you are unsure whether your identification will be accepted.

Can I sign before the appointment?

Please do not sign any line that must be witnessed by the notary. Complete the document, but leave the required signature lines unsigned until your appointment.

What documents can be notarized?

We commonly notarize acknowledgments, jurats, affidavits, powers of attorney, estate and family documents, business documents, and other eligible documents. Acceptance depends on the document, identification, and signer requirements.

Do You Travel?

Yes. Mobile appointments are available at homes, offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and other agreed locations in Fort Worth and selected surrounding communities. Travel fees may apply.

Do you notarize in hospitals?

Yes, subject to facility rules and signer readiness. The signer must be alert, willing, able to communicate, and have acceptable identification. Please confirm facility access before booking.

Do you provide legal advice?

No. We are not attorneys and cannot give legal advice, select documents, or explain legal consequences. Please consult a licensed attorney for legal questions.

What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted payment options and any travel fee are confirmed before the appointment. Contact us for current payment details.

Do you offer Remote Online Notarization?

Coming soon. Remote Online Notarization is not currently available. Please book a mobile or in-person appointment; online booking will open only after all required credentials and approvals are complete.
